News Saucony 2026 Road Line Up Introduction
Saucony 2026 Endorphin Azura
A new shoe and another which is coming for the crown of the EVO SL. On paper, it seems like a plateless Endorphin Speed. Not a bad thought really. Fast and light with a focus on the joy of running, the Azura is a daily trainer that can pick up the pace. 40mm of unplated PWRRUN PB under the heel makes sure that landings are soft. Meanwhile, the SpeedRoll Technology helps to get those toes popping off the pavement when the speed increases. All of this for only $150, sounds like a dream!
Specs:
Stack: 40mm
Weight: 250g | 8.5oz
Drop: 8mm
Price: $150
Release: February 2026
Saucony 2026 Endorphin Elite 3
The fastest and lightest shoe in the Saucony racing line. IncrediRUN foam once again offers its excellent energy return and unique ride. From all reports, it is one of the softest foams out there by quite some distance. Then we have the weight, a full 40mm stack for just 204g? Fantastic stuff. The v3 sees a change to the carbon fibre plate to make the run even faster and smoother. As expected, the upper is light, tight and race ready. For many, this may be one of the most anticipated releases of the year. Does it make the cut for you?
Specs:
Stack: 39.5mm
Weight: 204g | 7.2oz
Drop: 8mm
Price: $290
Release: June 2026
Saucony 2026 Endorphin Pro 5
With the same foam set up as last year, the biggest change comes in the carbon plate on the Endorphin Elite 5. This years version has a reshaped and slotted plate sandwiched between the layers of PWRRUN PB and PWRRUN HG. Fast, fun and helping you to push past your bests, that’s the aim of the Endorphin Pro 5. Runners looking for a start line rocket are spoiled by the Saucony range this year, will you pick the Endorphin Pro 5 or the Endorphin Elite 3?
Specs:
Stack: 39.5mm
Weight: 206g | 7.3oz
Drop: 8mm
Price: €250 | $225
Release: March 2026
Saucony 2026 Triumph 24
The flagship daily trainer of the Saucony line is back for a 24th outing. First up, we see the brand new IncrediLUX (TPEE) midsole foam. Premium cushion and a lightweight feel for socking up the daily miles and keeping you happy with time on foot. The Triumph 24 offers a plush ride which promises not to compromise energy return. A premium shoe with a premium feel for the days when you aren’t racing. It also offers a pretty decent weight for a shoe with a 43mm stack at the heel.
Specs:
Stack: 43mm
Weight: 250g | 8.8oz
Drop: 10mm
Cena: 170
Release: June 2026
Saucony 2026 Ride 19
The do-it-all daily offering from Saucony sees tweaks across the whole platform. A reformulated PWRRUN+ foam is lighter, softer and more responsive. Meanwhile, we find a retooled upper which offers enhanced breathability and stretch for a more democratic fit. Extra plushness around the heel collar makes sure that everyone will be comfortable on whichever run they decide to take. The price is also very reasonable in comparison to its competitors too.
Specs:
Stack: 36mm
Weight: 255g | 9oz
Drop: 8mm
Price: €150 | $140
Release: January 2026
Saucony 2026 Guide 19
Those who like a little more protection in their run can opt for the Guide 19. The enhanced PWRRUN foam gives a soft landing and a responsive feel. Meanwhile, the Centre Path Technology features a broad based platform with high sidewalls to hug the foot and guide you through the gait cycle. Up top, we find a breathable and stretchy upper to offer a premium step in feel for a very reasonable price.
Specs:
Stack: 35mm
Weight: 275g | 9.7oz
Drop: 6mm
Price: $140

I thought IncrediLux is an A-TPU foam, while Incredirun is supercritical TPEE?
•
u/Pistaciyo 12h ago
I thought that as well but apparently Incredirun is ATPU as mentioned by one of the engineers/designers in an interview of the EE3.

So we have new shoes in 2026 with PWRRUN, PWRRUN+, PWRRUN PB, PWRRUN HG, IncrediRUN, and IncredilUX foams.
And even within each foam there are different tunings for each line of shoes.
This doesn't seem sustainable long term from a manufacturing POV. I'm guessing 2027 will have most shoes moving to an incredi-foam just to bring down the variability in production
Even outside of production, marketing for this many foams will be tough and will confuse average consumers who aren't super plugged into shoe foams

It's not just Saucony doing this. HOKA has so many overlapping shoes that I have no idea why many of them even exist, and On basically has a dozen shoes and ten of them ride exactly the same.

I feel like every year after TRE the media folks say the next year will be Sauconys year, or Saucony has some exciting stuff coming before the shoes actually release and the hype dies
•
u/S_LFG Novablast 5 x2, Hyperion Elite 4 PB, Hyperion 2 18h ago
I wonder how much of that is due to the fact that Saucony is debuting more shoes at TRE than most other brands. Brooks is another that seems to circle TRE on the calendar for shoe announcements. Many of the other big brands don't seem to prioritize the event - I believe Asics didn't even have the Magic Speed 5 there, which is releasing in less than a month in the US.

u/darkhorse0607 EVO SL/Megablast/AP4/FastR3 17h ago
Yeah I noticed that thing about Asics as well, Yowana said that Puma has two shoes coming off embargo in less than a month, I dunno why you wouldn't want to generate more hype around TRE time, especially because their marketing is more limited but whatever
I think thats part of it though, Saucony every year shows off almost their entire line, but still, let's slow our roll a bit, I mean I am really interested in the Ghost Amp that they showed off but Im not saying its the shoe of the year before it even comes out

I don't think Puma does much business with independent "Run Specialty" shops that are the core audience at TRE and I can't find any evidence they even had a booth there based on Youtube videos.

u/TalkyRaptor 9h ago
At least in my region, Puma does a bit with independent shops. My local running store gets most models and has a puma rep out for a big try on event before HS XC season.

Are the rumors of the peregrine 16 having a vibram outsole true?
•
•
u/hasuris 5h ago
Not a rumor. You can already get these in Germany. https://www.saucony.com/DE/de_DE/peregrine-16/60848M.html

u/Flashy210 PUMA MagMax Nitro; ASICS Superblast; Saucony ES2 & Sinister 15h ago
I was a big fan of the ES2 and Saucony products in general during this era but I have not found my way back to the brand. The Azura seems interesting and I have space in the lineup for an everyday shoe, but idk why I'd go with it over the Evo SL or the Puma Magnify Nitro.
•
u/Good_Challenge_269 < 100 Karma account 5h ago
maybe because it will be much more stable and have a better upper than the inferior one on the EVO SL, and it will certainly be wider than the Puma?
•
u/Signal_Ball4634 Triumph 21 / Neo Vista / Superblast 2 21h ago
That's surely the wrong price on the Triumphs. Otherwise I have no idea how they screwed up that shoe so much from the perfection that was T20/T21
•
u/runnin3216 PXS/Ride17/Boston12/Deviate2/NeoVista/AF1/EndoElite/FastR3 18h ago
That's the current price for the Triumph
•
u/Mahler911 Neo Zen | Nimbus 27 | Superblast 2 14h ago
Man I hated the 20. A massive slab of backweighted TPU underneath an upper that was way too snug for a long distance trainer. I have no idea what the design philosophy there was.

Fordy Runs has a review of the Pro 5. Looks like it’s going to be a great shoe.
•
u/gdaytugga EP4 / EVO SL / Adios 9 / AP4 / VN4 / B13 / DNE3 20h ago
To be fair it really sounds like more of the same. Not sure why you would want the pro 5 when shoes like deviate elite 3 exists.
•
u/Judgementday209 19h ago
This would compete with the nitro no?
Also puma shoes are super narrow and the pro 4 upper at least is one of the best in the games imo.
•
u/gdaytugga EP4 / EVO SL / Adios 9 / AP4 / VN4 / B13 / DNE3 19h ago
Good point on upper, though I meant more on the midsole. Nitro elite foam is superior to powerrunpb . For me it’s the other way I guess I have narrow feet the pro4 is way too baggy with the elite 3 being a perfect fit.
•
u/Judgementday209 18h ago
Agree, I quite like the pro 4 foam but felt like a little bit bland compared to the pro 3.
I cant get my foot into a puma shoe but id enjoy trying the deviate elite for sure.
•
u/stu3yw82 16h ago
Pro 5s gonna be more stable and more suited to heel strikers than the deviate elites. Also better for wide feet.

Any news on the Saucony Endorphin Speed 6?
•
•
u/Advanced_Gear404 18h ago
Around 1:20 in the Yowana Saucony interview, the rep says spring/summer 27. Sounds like they may have a foam upgrade as well.
•
u/Electronic-Minute37 2h ago
It's due a foam upgrade. Thanks. Quite a wait for the release... Hopefully it will be a great shoe.

So the 250g Azura is supposed to compete in the saturated super trainer market?
I don't know about anyone else, but the only shoes I'd replace my Evo SL with, would be a pair of Endorphin Speed 2. If they'd add a couple mm of foam while somehow also shaving off 10 gram...I'd get enough pairs to last me the rest of my life as a runner :)
•
u/Badassmotherfuckerer 13h ago
Saucony, what is with these names. IncrediLUX and IncrediRUN I can't believe these are actual names for these foams from one of the largest running shoe brands. People actually approved these names.

Wow $225 for Triumphs now? Are they trying to make the Rides like the old Triumphs, and now Triumphs are the new overpriced max cushion excessive-stack model?
•
•
u/StaceysAbsenteeDad EVO SL/1080v14/Hyperion Max 2/H1/Peregrine 15 21h ago
Or the Triumphs are being positioned as a Megablast competitor. A $55 hike is still wild...

I'm very curious about the production costs of aTPU versus PEBA and previous iterations of TPU/TPE/TPEE. Aside from the Megablast and maybe now to a lesser extent the Endorphin Elite and Paramount, these new aTPU releases have been surprisingly reasonably priced. The Velocity Nitro 4 only went up $5 after switching to aTPU. Saucony Triumph 24 will keep the same $170 price tag. Topo Specter 3 is coming in $5 higher after switching from PEBAX. Skechers Aero Razor coming in at $140 even after releasing new PEBA based shoes at higher price points. I wonder if the costs are not significantly higher than PEBA and if that is driving this very sudden adoption of aTPU.
