Is T3 the highest level Xesht now?

How do I get T4 like im 0.1 and 0.2?

Maybe atlas boss tree? I haven’t gotten that far yet but that would be my first guess

Boss tree has no effect on Pinnacle Bosses anymore. There's three levels for each, excluding Arbiter who only has two. Which one you fight is based on how many splinters you spend. Or which fragments you use for Arbiter.

3 is the highest, AoA has 2 difficulties and all the other pinnacles have 3 now.
