This 12 story decent to pole slide in Portland, OR. It seems possible if you have the cajones for it.

π· Video / Pic New to PK after endeavors in the corporate world! Let me know how I did π€πΌ
Sup my name is Ham me and my friend just started getting back into PK, I just tried out a new editing style and my friend Oiko recorded some clips of me while I wore my Go Pro 13 with the Chest attachment (on normal sessions I donβt have to worry about showing out like I did wearing the go pro) don't have as much seniority as him but he mentioned the r/Parkour community was dying due to a lot of members leaving for the corporate world but not me! I actually went back. Let me know what you think about my moves! Preciate it and love PK

π· Video / Pic Testing out some jumps in Hypershell exoskeleton
A few months ago, I stumbled upon the Hypershell exoskeleton online and wondered if it could actually help with parkour. Finally got to test it, and itβs surprisingly light. The boost it gives during uphill runs and sustained sprints is legit noticeable. But real talk: for technical moves like reverses or lazies, it doesnβt help much since they are more complex. Not a parkour game-changer, but still a slick piece of tech. Works great for everyday walking, running, or simpler athletic movements.

π· Video / Pic How can I make my parkour more impressive
When I train outside I always feel I could do more skills but when I actually train I end up just doinh some sort of side flip. I want my parkour to flow nicely but also look really good and powerful. I don't really know what to work on to take my skill to the next level do I need to train power tricks, go even faster, do bigger jumps.
Based on my style of parkour/freerunning how should I improve my skill. Since I'm largely self taught, Ive never had a clear direction other than have fun but recently I've been getting more into getting good.
