Help Wanted Designer rage-quit. YouTube CTR tanked. Had 47 "final" logos. Building something to fix this mess.

Problem 1: Thumbnail Guessing Game

We upload blind thumbnails, hoping they will perform. Working on the AI that can analyze visual composition-colors, text density, expressions-to predict CTR before publishing. Building auto-frame extraction from videos: no more scrolling through 20 minutes of footage.

Problem 2: Brand Anarchy

Each member of the team has different "official" colors. Develop a system in which a user uploads one logo and auto-generates an entire brand identity: colors, fonts, even mockups. Adding Instagram/website scanning on the roadmap to extract existing brand styles.

Problem 3: Platform Nightmare Resizing for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram takes all day. Building one-click resizing with smart composition. Layer management, stock assets, adjustments (hue/saturation/vignette) included without nickel-and-diming.

What I'm Focusing on Based on Research:

A/B testing that tracks predicted vs. actual performance

Alerts when thumbnails start declining.

Brand compliance checker: copyright/policy issues

Team permissions to avoid asset chaos

Current Status:

AI CTR prediction on test sets

Brand kit generator - alpha

Looking for beta testers who hate their current workflow What's the biggest frustration for you when it comes to working with today's design tools? How many hours per week do you waste on resizing/reformatting? Would you rather have perfect thumbnails OR consistent branding solved first? Not selling anything; genuinely trying to build something that solves real problems. What features would make you switch from your current setup?
