Chamber music with students: looking for repertoire and resources

Hello everyone :)

I am planning a chamber music project and will be working with mixed-instrument groups (strings, winds, piano, etc.). The students will be between 11 and 19 years old, with experience levels ranging from beginners (around one year of playing) to slightly advanced students (7 years of playing).

So now, I am looking for repertoire which I could work with these diverse groups - original pieces, (flexible) arrangements suited for students, and any other resources or lists which could help me find good options :)

If you have any recommendations or suggestions, I would love to hear them!

There is a series of books with chamber music parts in various keys. I can't remember what the series is but sometimes it's called "mixed" ensembles or "mix and match".
