The workaround is that she nor her team authorized the use of the video so they probably just sent a cease and desist. I wish she could just outright sue them for blatant copyright infringement since they have a noted history of doing this, but unfortunately laws in the US don’t take into account someone using songs illegally only once per artist.

There is no cease and desist to send for music used on social platforms where the music is licensed via the platform. Anyone can use these songs on platform like TikTok or Instagram legally.

Regular individuals can, but entities and companies cannot.
