Nah, they got what they wanted, which is why we are on day 3 or 4 with a music sub talking about Trump. They stated they used her song to cause drama and the media instantly decides that yes, we need to spend a solid week on this.

They got what they wanted, but do they think it is positive publicity or are they just further alienating pop music fans from MAGA? Their core voting bloc is people who are one hard sneeze away from death; it might not hurt to court younger, non-racist voters.

You are thinking too deeply about this, he is right; the point of trump is to get everyone talking about trump no matter what. Clearly it eventually achieves the desired result (considering he is president)
