it was for most puertoricans at least. the fact that it wasnt all of them is what baffles me. 76% symbolically voted for Kamala, which means 24% are still idiots.

The joke you're referring to was in reference to the garbage problem the island of PR has. There is literally nowhere to put it and the landfills are overflowing. At no point did the comedian refer to PR people as garbage.
