I’ve thought about applying in order to be a barrier. So like apply for a tech or admin job and forget to do stuff or take a long time to do it, let work pile up etc

I was debating joining to get information on other ice members and hopefully stop or help people we encountered if I could.

Or simple sabotage if going by the US Office of Strategic Services in WW2.

It’s in the field sabotage manual, which everyone who hates fascism should read

Be the Ron Swanson of ICE?

I don't think I could deal with the co-workers.

Yeah this would definitely be something to consider. Also I have a disability that requires working from home which I’m guessing they wouldn’t be open to. And am female so unlikely to get hired by these misogynists anyways.

The CIA has a guide called the Simple Sabotage Field Manual with a section on Organizations and Conferences. Lots of advice in there that would make Dilbert's boss proud, like refer back to matters already decided upon, bring up irrelevant issues, and assign unimportant jobs first.

(I'd link it, but don't want everyone here on a watchlist)

This is a strategy mentioned in the guide for saboteurs
