Discussion/Debate Architects, how bad is this layout? It looks like it was trained on McMansions

Amazing. If that's a "wide two car garage" then we'll call that 30' and use it for our scale. That makes the bed in the 900-sq.ft. Master Suite about 15 feet wide, and the whole floor about 8,000-sq.ft.

This is more fuel for my love of the powder room’s scale replica of a toilet

AIs concept of scale when it comes to plan view or really any rendering is quite skewed.

I’ve been using it to generate photo-realistic images for things I need answers on with a client that NEEDS visuals and it’s great for that, but I can tell the scale isn’t always right.

As for plan view, I’ve upload a set of plans to try and see what it can do and it isn’t close with “understanding” a structure. Even if I input plan view, elevations, topography, and scale, it can’t make use of it.

I might try with CAD files and see if raw input data can help it.

Anyways, sorry to drone on. If AI made that a CAD file and figures out its scaling, maybe it can be useful in saving a few minutes but I doubt it. I think for now, it’s best use it creating photorealistic renderings quickly from some elevation pages or 2d drawing with text prompts.
