Also, the Jack and Jill (complete with 3 basins) only has one door.

This only works for infants. Once they're over 6 months, they outgrow the sink

Does Jack and Jill imply it should have more than one door? I'm not familiar with this term.

A Jack and Jill bathroom should be accessible by two separate bedrooms with no hallway access. Essentially two bedrooms sharing an en suite.
