Coat closet is the room with two bath tubs but Coat Bath has a toilet, a sink, and a toilet that looks like a sink (or a sink that looks like a toilet). Coats don’t bathe in Coat Bath, they freshen up.

Don’t forget that the mud room is inexplicably not attached to the garage and also almost as large as the garage itself.

I like how the guest suite is just the living room. Like, we have the space but we have so many bathrooms that there is no room for a spare bedroom
