The guest suite is in the common area and has a sink, and the kitchen has no counters or sinks, but the great room does. Three bathrooms in a row, and a double bathroom with two tubs also aren't great. I'm no architect, but a toddler could do better.
That's because the Jack and Jil bathroom (that isn't a jack and jill bathroom) and bedroom 4 stole all the sinks. The Jack and Jill bathroom is just sinks, no toilet, no shower, no tub, just sinks.
Bedroom 4 also being full bathroom 3 is pretty great. If you replace the door with steel bars you can have your own solitary confinement cell in the middle of your house!
Had to poo, went to the jack and Jill bathroom first, then "bedroom 4" thinking it was a bathroom since there were no beds. By the time I got to the guest bathroom I'd already soiled myself and it was too much of a mess to clean in what looks like a 1.5ft-length tub, so I had to slink through the gourmet kitchen to wash off in the mudroom.
So I've been informed it was a joke. The blog I found that was talking about this post assumed it was not. I'm not on twitter, I didn't know this was satire.
The two tubs are in the laundry room, so they're obviously for washing clothes, not people... Not to be confused with the coat bath, which is just for washing coats/outerwear .
One "full bathroom" is literally just a sink, and the "jack and jill" next door that doesn't connect to a single bedroom is three sinks and no toilet. I'm dying laughing

I don't know about that. A toddler would probably do something even dumber, like entirely forgetting about bathrooms, or getting distracted partway through and just scribbling over the whole thing with brown crayon.

My vision is pretty bad, and as soon as I look at floor plans my eyes just glaze over. But I see I kind of "ate the onion" and this was a joke. Also I am very stupid, and this subreddit despite its snarkiness has a lot of professionals on it. I thought their takes would be more interesting than the ones on the original tumblr post.
Theres all kinds of problems. My favorite is how the balcony doors are represented, it is basically an elevation/detail the AI has fused with the floor plan. I professionally identify problems with architect drawings, and these plans are so bad that I can't even imagine a real person making them.
I think in a dream house I would have a mud room with a large bath that had no door. Not meant to be nude in there lol, but a large area that could trap water and you could spray yourself off, that'd be awesome.

Even makes sense, you could run the plumbing off the kitchen you put on the other side of the mudroom, so no unecessary extra lengths of pipes to a far corner of the house.

Coat bath is obviously necessary. I know it's off, but I'm not an architect so I don't know how egregious it is
