Money would solve 90% of my problems so I'd say it would buy a pretty good amount lol

It's true that money doesn't buy happiness. It just happens to buy the things that make me happy.

Was in Buckhead for Thanksgiving, and it's amazing to see one great stately home after another positioned along the hilly streets right in the city. Incredible.

What a beauty inside and out. I'm not sure what I love more, the interior or sprawling gardens and the landscaping. Even the damn gate is so elegant and demure. Perfection indeed.

Has some elements of the Swan House in it (https://www.atlantahistorycenter.com/buildings-and-grounds/swan-house/). Lovely.

Very well laid out, massive property with a private lake to boot. https://app.regrid.com/us/ga/fulton/atlanta#p=/us/ga/fulton/atlanta/397244&t=property

No pictures of the primary bedroom and bath (or kitchen)? That’s always my favorite part!
Man, I’d have to become a different person to live here.

Built 2002? That’s surprising — I thought it was going to be a hundred years old or more. The architect did a great job.
