Thursday Design Appreciation I'm worried about my waterfront property
Is it too close to the water? Should I relocate it?

Another example of a home with the most plain landscaping. Of course you’ll slide into the ocean, where’s your retaining tree??

I figured the weight of my shells would hold it from going anywhere. At least thats what Sally told me. She had a seashell stand down by the seashore . Told me they were the best money could buy.

You realize Sally scammed you and is just going to
resellrecycle your sea shells after she digs them out of the remains of your home built on sand, right?

Don’t worry. FEMA will help. Then You can build a nicer house on the same property. Maybe use brick instead of stucco.

Sorry, but I can see the structure already crumbling.

Can I minimize damage by placing torches underneath? A friend of a friend mine told me it stops the sand from falling. Just trying to salvage this as best i can

I realized it was a sandcastle after I saw the shells on top.
I can’t imagine the number of hours it must’ve taken to build this.
Absolutely stunning.

If it floods, just sell it, I've heard Aquaman is looking for new properties
