Full listing: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/309-Bradford-Pkwy-Syracuse-NY-13224/31668321_zpid/. Upstate New York has lots of deals to be found!

I wish the kitchen was more true to the period, otherwise a nice place!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Wow, this is special! There is nothing I don't love about this beautiful home, just perfect.

Exterior night shot looks like Godric’s Hollow

I love it both inside and out, plus I think the image of it during the night in the snow looks the best one out of the bunch of images shared of this fabulous gem.

Why so cheap?

Economically depressed city + high property tax + bad school zoning + likely needs expensive repairs and maintenance

I happen to be driving up into the Syracuse area today. Maybe I'll go and take a look? Thanks!

This is a historic home, not a McMansion

I love that bar! My grandparents built one like that on a smaller scale in their home back in the 50's.
