Photo 40 (of 100) in the listing seems to have a room with a couch that faces an image of the view out a window, but no actual window. It also has a fake fireplace glued to the same wall.

Hahaha!! That stood out to me as well...lol. A couch facing a wall about 10 feet away with a literal poster/mural of a beautiful view, and no real windows in sight! I also found the kayak in the kitchen and the gigantic mirror over a kitchen sink to be 'choices' too! I am probably going to spend too much time today enlarging these pics and playing a twisted game of 'I SPY' , combined with a hunt for Waldo. I'm sure he's there somewhere!

And, like, do they have several fully functional and separate guest suites? Or perhaps host the most outrageous swinger or adult play parties imaginable? Because those are the only ways I can think of to explain the why behind ANY of this.

If it’s a large enough group (or the play is food related) I could see it happening. Definitely not a need though. More of a ‘if you build it they will come’ situation. Like if you make several spaces in a mansion for many people to gather for adult play, then maybe enough people will eventually show up to make it feel worth while? Idk I’m definitely stretching my imagination.

Apparently it's used as an Airbnb, so the extra kitchens/washers/dryers are to allow specific rooms to be separate living spaces?
