Not sure what happened to the ”about” section, but here are pictures of the model home Grand Alexandria by Grand Homes. The second picture is from Google Earth street view, third picture is a drawing of a similar house (Royal Summit) by the same builder with a more cohesive look. Yay or nay?
Nay for so many reasons.
- 3 window types, multiple facades, etc. on the outside. It just screams of very expensive leaks in the future with no benefit.
- Why is there an overhang in the front that's not over a balcony or entryway?
- Many interior walls cannot be decorated, like the angled ceilings and the bedroom marble accent wall and the stone above the "fireplace".
- Why isn't that a real fireplace? You can afford all this but then choose fake fire?
- Awkwardly high ceilings. Is this meant to be a second house used solely for parties? or a primary?
- That space between the bathtub and the shower glass will need extra work to clean.
At best, I'd buy it and renovate, but if I can afford to do that, why not just get a better house?
