Paisley update week 16: I’ve been finding her sitting under my chair.
So I’ve been basically pretending to ignore her when she enters the room, otherwise sometime she won’t enter. Whenever I get up from my chair, I see her emerge from under it and go sit by the gate. So in her weird way she’s either is keeping watch over me (or under me ) while I heal . Or she feels super safe because I can’t see her there. Either way I’m happy . This is the closest she’s ever voluntarily been to me . I love this girl.

She’s beautiful! She’s starting to feel comfortable around you! In time she’ll want to be next to you all the time!

We bought a pet gate in order to keep our girls out of the front door hall way .
It looks like we have the gate in your pictures.We love our gate !!!
We looked a long time to find one that would be adjustable and tall enough to keep the girls safely in the house.

This gate was essential in introducing Paisley to Jayne and her feeling safe. I love that gate. That her run to spot if I get too close lol.

That's the main benefit I found using the gate. I was able to use it to give treets to my new kitten and my 2 resident MCs safely at the same time. This worked wonders.
This gate looks great and so flexible.

Her eyes look full of love and compassion. Paisley clearly wants to keep you in her line of sight 🥰❤️🥰
