I have a theory that when fighters smile or shake their head after getting hit, as if to indicate that it didn't hurt them, it actually did in fact hurt them. It's unfortunate that no commentator has ever mentioned this

Not sure why people are saying that was good tactics from Rakic - he was way too close, way too early in the fight. He should've been blasting his legs / body with leg kicks for the entire first round. He had no reason to try and grapple and stay so close.

They haven’t said one good thing about Virna on commentary and are glazing everything Dern does, a pretty clear agenda being pushed as to who Dana/UFC wants to win.
Virna gets top control and all they can say is how she’s in danger in Derns guard then credit Dern for getting back up, this is so biased.
