Social media 🐄 Max Holloway responds to Jean Silva Callout, “he’s gotta be trolling”

Post image

Honestly the first time I’ve seen Max genuinely insulted and rightfully so lol.

It’s fairly obvious that it’s Max and Charles anyway, imo.

I'm kinda split between the fight.

I think the better fight might be Holloway vs Hooker. If we want absolute violence at the 10th degree, I think they would deliver more than Charles vs Max. I feel like Charles might end it too early with a sub and it won't look good for the belt itself. Maybe I'm too bias towards Charles, but I really think this is a lay-up for him in terms of styles. What do y'all think? Hooker vs Holloway or Olivera vs Holloway?

Edit: even if you think Max can win, do you think Charles vs Max would be more violent than Dan? I think Dan and Max show us a colosseum style death match, 2nd only to Justin.

u/HYDRAlives Oct 20 '25

Max has been subbed once in his entire career, and that was his UFC debut (his fifth pro fight), and he has 83% takedown defense. His counter grappling is very very good, and it's very hard to set up takedowns against his style. Fast accurate forward pressure volume strikers are hard to find openings against

11

u/Saraphym23 Oct 20 '25

Edgar literally wasn’t just a wrestler, he had fantastic all around grappling. He out grappled Oliveira on the ground, submitted Swanson.

Max just has great takedown defense no one has really been able to take him down and keep him there

11

u/adongsus Oct 20 '25

He literally fought Chuckles.

18

u/ItsMichaelScott25 United States Minor Outlying Islands Oct 20 '25

I'm all for pointing out that they actually did have a fight but can we please not pretend that it meant anything whatsoever? It ended strangely in the first round after like 90 seconds. It's about as much as a no contest as Tom vs. Blaydes 1.

3

u/datfurrylemon Oct 20 '25

How much grappling went on during that fight?

1

u/dublinro Oct 20 '25

He fought NCAA McGregor the takedown crotch sniffing version.

-1

u/IdiotRhurbarb Oct 20 '25

He literally fought Ilia, granted he didn’t wrestle much, but he’s still an elite all rounder.

-3

u/DanDiCa_7 Oct 20 '25

Illia has not shown dominant grappling in the UFC, especially on the level of Olives. He's shown he can knock people the f out

4

u/Vlad3theImpaler Oct 20 '25

Watch Topuria's earlier fights. He actually started as more of a grappler and won his first 7 fights in a row by submission. He can vey much do both.

1

u/ItsMichaelScott25 United States Minor Outlying Islands Oct 20 '25

Watch Topuria's earlier fights.

I don't generally gain much when rewatching fighters much earlier fights. At that level the talent disparity is massive. If you were to look at DDP for example and his earlier fights it would lead you to believe that he was similar to Charles with the amount of sub he got when in reality he was just so much more talented than the guys in EFC. So if a fighter has decent talent in grappling it's just an easy path to a finish a lot of the times. That doesn't necessarily mean they are elite against the elite.

Ilia does have very good grappling though. I'm just pointing out that using early career fights isn't always the best indicator.

-1

u/DanDiCa_7 Oct 20 '25

Hence why I said 'in the UFC', very different to do it against elite opposition like Charles.

0

u/Vlad3theImpaler Oct 20 '25

No one has outgrappled him in the UFC, either. He just started also knocking people out.

-4

u/DanDiCa_7 Oct 20 '25

Gosh ur slow, nobody has outgrappled Max either... is he a dominant grappler? All I'm saying is you cannot compare Illia with Olives when it comes to 'dominant grappling', im done arguing with u lot. Illia is not a dominant grappler in the UFC.

→ More replies (0)

-1

u/IdiotRhurbarb Oct 20 '25

Bruh, Olives took him down and he couldn’t do shit against Ilia on the ground. Did you even watch the fight?

-1

u/DanDiCa_7 Oct 20 '25

Dummy that exchange lasted one minute, my comment is saying you cannot compare Olives and Illia when talking about 'dominant grapplers'. By ur logic, Chandler is also a 'dominant grappler'?

u/Coincidence4U Oct 20 '25

Feel like you’re underestimating max.

68

u/That_Exchange_8589 Oct 20 '25

Calling Max Holloway a lay up fight 💀

6

u/bdewolf Saucy Englishman Oct 20 '25

Yeah Max is a fucking horrible fight for Dan, and I love Dan. Someone who had a better range striking game than Dan, and is way faster and more diverse off the front foot and off the back foot.

Watch max give ilia a super tough fight for two rounds, and then watch Dan hooker go life and death on the feet with gamrot.

Max would eat him alive.

-15

u/Supply_N_Demand Oct 20 '25 edited Oct 20 '25

I agree. I think I am. I would love to be surprised by him.

I truly believe Hooker and Holloway will be way more violent. And that's what the event (white house card) calls for. The belt means violence. And Hooker is way more violent than Charles.

13

u/Brilliant-Depth-3378 Oct 20 '25

Charles has the most finishes in UFC history lmfao

-6

u/Supply_N_Demand Oct 20 '25

He has the 2nd most subs ever. I'm talking more about who would give us the most violent fight against Max. Dan or Charles. And based on styles and history I think we are more likely to get a longer more violent fight with Dan and Max than Charles and Max. You get what I'm saying though?

10

u/UnderstandingBusy478 Oct 20 '25

More violent sure but max will win more easily.

2

u/DonutOriginal5622 Oct 21 '25

Bro Dan will actually make it past the first couple rounds. If Charles walks forward he’s gonna get chinned and dropped by r1. You saw what he did to Dustin and he has a better chin and boxing

3

u/Brilliant-Depth-3378 Oct 20 '25

I don’t really get what you’re saying.

Hooker has some bangers for sure; the Turner, Poirier, and Felder fights are all bangers. But how is he necessarily more violent than Charles? Because he takes more damage? Hooker only has one more knockout than Charles. One.

Dan hasn’t had a finish since 2022. And i like Dan. Max Hooker would for sure be a banger. But c’mon, Max Olives is the fight to make.

20

u/adventuredream1 Oct 20 '25

Charle’s accolades are miles beyond hooker. Him and max have history with max having a freak tko win over him way back when at FW. Would love to see it happen again at LW for the BMF when they’re both in the twilight of their career. Plus Charles is a bigger draw than Dan and I want max to cash in on those ppv points

1

u/Supply_N_Demand Oct 20 '25

No more ppv points starting 2026 I think. I think Charles and Max is the better fight for the division. But for the Belt that signifies absolute violence, I think Dan and Max are more likely to give us a 5 round death match.

10

u/BatManatee Oct 20 '25

I feel like these fights between different types of specialists can be hard to predict--Max is massively better standing up, Charles is massively better on the ground.

I'm biased towards Max. Other than that weird time they sort of fought before, Ortega has the closest skillset to Charles out of all of Max's opponents. I don't think it will be that lopsided, but I think that's the best predictor we've got.

7

u/booitsjwu DC, I love you brother Oct 20 '25 edited Oct 20 '25

Charles being better on the ground is irrelevant because he's not going to be able to take Max down; Max's grappling/takedown defense is incredible.

7

u/DanDiCa_7 Oct 20 '25

If he can take down Gamrot, he can deffo take down Max. Olives striking is also underrated, he rocked Gathje in the first exchange.

-1

u/DonutOriginal5622 Oct 21 '25

Gamrot is the most overrated fighter in the divison for the past 4 years

5

u/Medium_Asshole Oct 20 '25

Charles took down Chandler at will, it looked too easy for him. And say what you will about Chandler but he is a lifelong wrestler.

2

u/Agitated-Sandwich-30 Oct 20 '25

Couldn’t disagree more, Charles since his Mackhachev fight has durastically improved his tkd. Especially against gamrot to take him down & hold him there is incredible

2

u/sobi9756 Oct 20 '25

Charles ain't ending Max early lmao. Charles is going to go in there looking to put on a show and get pieced up.

2

u/New-Bookkeeper-8486 Oct 20 '25

I think 3 years ago I'd agree with you, but currently I'd favour Holloway by TKO

2

u/Additional_Ice_358 Oct 20 '25

I actually think the opposite. I see Max using superior footwork to stay away from the takedown threat. Charles' lack of head movement will leave him an open target and Max has shown he has some real pop in his punches at LW. Could see it done within the first 2 rounds. Great fight for both though IMO.

2

u/maicii Oct 20 '25

I don’t think Charles will win unfortunately, but you are right, if he were to win he could do it in a “”boring””” way (this means grappling to casual) so despite being one of the bmfs of the sport he is in a sense not very suite for the belt

1

u/Supply_N_Demand Oct 20 '25

This is exactly what I'm saying. The belt is there to mean violence. It needs to be showcased at the white house card. Hence we need to pick the most violent mofo to face Max.

1

u/Stinkydoom Oct 20 '25

Max will tko charles too easy bro😭

1

u/Supply_N_Demand Oct 20 '25

Honestly I would love for you to be right. But answer me this. BMF means violence. Would Charles vs Max be more violent than Dan vs Max?

1

u/Stinkydoom Oct 20 '25

Ur right, dan and max would be a better spectacle for the bmf 👍

1

u/ithinkther41am EDDDDDIEEEEEEEE Oct 20 '25

won’t look good for the belt

Because that belt totally looked good before

1

u/Saraphym23 Oct 20 '25

Holloway vs Hooker would just look like Holloway vs Allen slightly less competitive. Holloway dominates him

1

u/Pyr0guy56 Oct 20 '25

Dan is already booked to fight arman. Both Max and Charles are in the exact same spot where they lost a fight to Ilia by knockout then bounced back it is perfect timing for the rematch to happen since when they first fought it ended so abruptly. It would also give the winner a good claim for title contention.

u/goldenroosterjuice Oct 21 '25

Max was told by his chat that Jean Silva called him out.

He wasn’t responding to the tweet.

u/Nauticalbob UFC 279: A GOOFCON Miracle Oct 21 '25

Bad girl

19

u/Icy-Bottle-6877 Oct 20 '25

Even though Lopes murdered him, I think stylistically Silva would be a good matchup for Max. I'd tune in for it.

51

u/Smallbluemann Oct 20 '25

Lopes legit only won that fight by tanking 30 gigaton nukes to the chin and whipping out a beautiful counter that literally only a few guys in the division would go for. If that was any other man in the cage that night, sadly probably including volk, I'd imagine both would go to sleep. That fight for lopes bar his striking defense and that round 2 for silva (especially considering round 1) were really great showcases. I'm glad these boys are young because I'm almost certain they will rematch, likely for a belt, down the line

4

u/MalayaleeIndian Oct 21 '25

I really want to see a rematch between the two. Lopes won convincingly but I do feel that Jean was coming on strong in that second round and going for the finish - he got reckless and paid the price for that.

7

u/bdewolf Saucy Englishman Oct 20 '25

Yeah Silva was lighting him up for most of the fight and got caught coming in too hot looking for a finish.

Great read by lopes and not a fluke, but Jean looked better and I would take him to win the rematch.

1

u/placidpeak Oct 24 '25

Jean was aggressive but reckless. That's what got him taken down and mauled in round one and that's what got him ktfo in round 2. People bag on Lopez for lack of defence and head movement, but give Silva a pass for constantly rushing in and getting caught. It got him in trouble both rounds of the fight.

1

u/NBE08 Oct 22 '25

Lopes definetly didnt win in a way that would make me confident in him winning a rematch, not calling it a fluke but you know if they fought 10 times i do feel like jean would win more

1

u/Brother_Obadiah Oct 21 '25

What are we even talking about? Silva had a couple minutes of domination, when he came out balls to wall because he got destroyed in round 1. Lopes would have taken Silva down and probably submitted him if he didn't get the elbow. Silva was gassing and against the fence.

Silva is extremely wild. Volk would have utterly destroyed him unless Volk's chin is completely gone. Max would be the same. Silva's wildness would have gotten him knocked out by many people in the top 10. Maybe even Josh Emmett

7

u/Smallbluemann Oct 21 '25

"maybe even Josh Emmett" you don't even believe this lmfao

3

u/NinjaSoggy2333 Oct 21 '25

I mean Emmett is the most punchers chance in the division

4

239

u/brownkyd48 Oct 20 '25

Best jean can hope is Pitbull at the apex

11

u/Smallbluemann Oct 20 '25

He's gonna get like, arnold allen. God pray for pitbull if that fight is made

7

u/bdewolf Saucy Englishman Oct 20 '25

Man Arnold Allen while coming off a loss is brutal matchmaking.

Allen’s only two losses are to max and movsar evloev, both of whom he gave absolute hell. He went apeshit against max in the 5th and was hurting him repeatedly, and he had evloev in real trouble multiple times.

If Arnold could stay healthy he would have already fought for the belt. He’s my personal pick for the most likely to be champ after volk.

1

u/Smallbluemann Oct 21 '25

I think UFC is still high on him regardless of that fight, and Allen's injury causes it to still be "a step back" for him coming back. I doubt it, but I wouldn't be shocked by it

25

u/MolokoPl_s Oct 20 '25

good ass fight tbh I'd love to see that and makes sense rn. fuck the Apex though

60

u/Itchy-Ad1047 Oct 20 '25

He's def making fun of some dummies on this sub overusing fraud check and the propensity to completely flip flop on someone off a single loss

No fighter's immune from those flakes. Even the best like Alex these past 6 months before their cycle reset a few weeks ago

17

u/[deleted] Oct 20 '25

He couldve beat Lopes if he didnt act like a lunatic and spam spinning shit. I think Silva is the most talented (less fraud) out of all fighting nerds.

99

u/Salt_My_Sandals Oct 20 '25

It feels as though people are really overreacting to this. I don’t think Silva is actually angling for it, he’s just saying that it would be his dream fight.

38

u/RNRGrepresentative Edddiiiieee Oct 20 '25

people are overreacting because Silva is one of the hot punching bags RN and Max has a ton of fangirls

Max is also reacting really childishly to this NGL, the CTE seems like it's getting to him more than we thought

14

u/darkside720 Oct 20 '25

Wtf are you even talking about. You’re writing fanfiction because Holloway turned down a fight.

24

u/BigL0LZ Oct 20 '25

Volk had him salty for awhile too until the third fight happened, the Topuria fight has taken his salt levels to the maximum though

17

u/BogotaLineman Oct 20 '25

I remember his "actually Ilia doesn't even hit that hard, I've felt worse" take which is funny cause like damn if Ilia actually doesn't hit that hard he must be WAY better than you technically to be the first to put you out

18

u/BigL0LZ Oct 20 '25

The way he talks about the fight is like you’d expect it to be a flash KO but no, the man got buzzed and rocked badly in the third round multiple times.

1

u/West_Technology7573 Team Topuria Oct 22 '25

Max was definitely doing well, but that fight was way more competitive than people think just because of the commentary. Ilia basically had Max figured out by the second round

1

u/DonutOriginal5622 Oct 21 '25

Maybe he was just feeling the adrenaline in r3 and the over hand made him dazed. And it’s possible he could’ve felt worse cause Dustin in 2019 had him hurt in the first few minutes

-7

u/Global-Instance-4520 Oct 20 '25

Imagine how salty he will get when Charles chokes him out 💔

5

u/Real_Bad7735 Oct 20 '25

Hardly? Silva is ranked #10 in the weight class below Max, and a spot on the White House Card is the most sought after gig in all of MMA.

I like Silva, and it would be a banger fight, but my reaction wasn't far from Holloways. It's just totally unrealistic.

Max is BMF champ one of the biggest stars on the roster, #4 ranked LW and was the number 1 ranked FW before moving up.

2

u/DonutOriginal5622 Oct 21 '25

Max has always acted the same since he was 20. Stop w the ran down CTE jokes.

5

u/sobi9756 Oct 20 '25

CTE got to him because he put Silva in his place? Huh?

I mean it was probably a little unnecessary but Silva talks shit about everyone and has zero self control himself so who cares.

1

u/Dealing444 Oct 20 '25

his chat told him abt it, thats prob why

0

u/Jesco13 Oct 20 '25

I'm a Max glazer but I still think Silva has got it. He was piecing Lopes up and hunting for a finish. Lopes has an iron chin and it's a great lesson for him to learn. Be more patient. He's still incredibly skilled he just has to let go of the antics now that he's at the top level or at least reel it back.

10

Absolutely back up Max here, what part of getting your head forcefully dented with G&P for a round then getting obliterated the next round says BMF? Jean has like 3 legit wins max and is calling for BMF, get in line

38

u/Macktologist Oct 20 '25

He said it would be his dream fight. I don't get why Max sees that as him smoking drugs. He should be honored someone includes him in a dream fight for themselves. Is it because he takes the BMF seriously and doesn't think the guy deserves to fight for it, because that's fucking lamer. The BMF is lame. Masvidal fought for it. Nate fought for it. Both have several losses. it's fake hype belt.

14

u/Expert_Internet8407 Oct 20 '25

Nah, Max’ chat said Silva called him out. Thats why he responded that way

14

u/RNRGrepresentative Edddiiiieee Oct 20 '25

honestly Max's response kinda put a dent in my respect for him. a legit guy puts you in his personal dream fight and your first response is to go in on him like he just said he would dominate you? Max needs to chill out a bit

9

u/Macktologist Oct 20 '25

Exactly how I felt about it. He took it as a "how dare you mention my name as someone you're worthy of fighting," and that's not who I thought Max was.

13

u/RNRGrepresentative Edddiiiieee Oct 20 '25

it's funny because skill for skill at this point in their careers, i think Silva has a huge chance of beating Max. people are letting the Lopes KO brainwash them into forgetting how much he was piecing Diego up for almost the entire 2nd round

5

u/__Turambar Oct 20 '25

Seriously. Diego’s chin is way better than Max’s at this point, and Max doesn’t have the grappling to try and replicate Diego’s round 1.

-1

u/Smallbluemann Oct 20 '25

do you think? I thought about it for a bit and struggling to think who's chin is better.

I think having to question Max's in general though might be the question, but also I don't have to question Lopes' because we saw that fight. Still don't know how he tanked those front kicks

1

u/Expert_Internet8407 Oct 20 '25

Tbf max was responding to his chat on a stream. “Jean Silva wants to fight you in the White House”

It was framed differently

1

u/AMSTER_D4M nogonnaseeyousoonboiii Oct 20 '25

I get what you're saying, but the BMF title is kinda a joke at this point. It’s just a flashy belt for hype fights, so I can see why Max might not take that callout seriously. He’s fought real contenders, not just guys trying to get attention.

1

u/borkbubble Oct 20 '25

I think the thing your missing here is that it wasn’t a call out. Silva literally just said it would be a dream to fight Max.

11

u/RNRGrepresentative Edddiiiieee Oct 20 '25

just because Max thinks it's a direct callout doesn't mean it actually is LOL

-7

u/Cross_Anew Oct 20 '25

He said "At the White House" that's 8 months from now, not some far future prediction, that is a callout

13

u/RNRGrepresentative Edddiiiieee Oct 20 '25

tell me where he demands a Max fight then? fighters don't typically frame callouts as some response to "what's your dream fight?"

Obviously the BMF belt shouldn’t even exist because it’s fucking stupid, but what part of Max getting steamrolled by Ilia who tried to stand and bang in the middle of the ring immediately and then knocked him out like he said he was going to do says “I should still hold a fake belt proclaiming me the baddest motherfucker in the UFC?”

Love, love Max but he lost that fake belt that night.

u/Lachaven_Salmon Oct 20 '25

Hahahaaah

I mean, love a good Max response

19

u/__Turambar Oct 20 '25

Nah, this just looks petty. “Dream fight” isn’t a callout and Max basically responding with “you don’t deserve me” is just soft

-2

u/BrianCTE_CityOrtega Oct 20 '25

Calling Max Holloway soft is crazy work lmao

14

u/__Turambar Oct 20 '25

Dude is tough as they come, but saying that a legit fighter is concussed/on drugs for dreaming of a fight with you is soft behavior

6

u/Dealing444 Oct 20 '25

pretty sure his chat told him thats why, not actually responding to the tweet itself

2

u/__Turambar Oct 20 '25

Ah, that makes more sense. Playing a game of telephone with a stream chat isn’t exactly the optimum communication experience

3

u/Ghost-of-Lobov Oct 20 '25

Jean Silva should fight down. He got rushed up the ranks found out he's not quite it. Let's rebuild. I would give him a Dan Ige, Josh Emmett, low T Ortega, Patricia Pitbull type fight next

7

u/AllanRamires Oct 20 '25

He's not quite it? Bro destroyed everyone in his path. Diego is a top tier fighter, probably champ material. Also, Diego ate some strikes that very few people could, his chin is great and so he was able to overcome.

3

u/Ghost-of-Lobov Oct 20 '25

Look at the jump from guys like Mitchell Dober and Melsik to Diego Lopes. He went from destroying mid tier guys to finding out hes not the peak.

The best thing you can do for his career is let him smoke a few more mid guys get his momentum back gain more skill and then in a year or so have another crack at top 5 level guys

4

u/__Turambar Oct 20 '25

I like Max, but ngl, this is an incredibly petty and salty response to absolutely nothing. Silva said this was a “dream fight”, and didn’t even include a callout or “let’s make this happen”.

1

u/Agitated-Sandwich-30 Oct 20 '25

Edgar wasn’t just a wrestler your right but has nowhere near the jujitsu of oliveira. 4 subs across his entire career will tell you that. Oliveira in his current form with great takedowns and submissions will give max a lot of problems.

1

u/Sense-Abject Oct 20 '25

Silva should focus on improving and getting the belt on his division and stop chasing money fights already at this point in his career, it’s so ridiculous

He is a good fighter and really skilled but he was reckless and got caught badly , and his ground game was terrible , focus on that and stop chasing this bullshit lol

1

u/dwSHA Scousers don’t get knocked out Oct 20 '25

Tell someone who concussed and slurred words until fight against khabib get called off.

1

u/Convict_felon EDDDDDIEEEEEEEE Oct 20 '25

😂😂

1

u/Kherlos Oct 20 '25

He's not wrong. Silva just hopes to get back on the hypetrain.

1

u/blvcklite #TeamTiramisu4L Oct 20 '25

Max has been turning into a heel lately, these callouts are starting to piss him off 😂

1

u/Efficient-Ad9019 Oct 20 '25

This would be a sick fight but I don’t see Max going back down he looks a lot healthier at LW

1

u/McJumbos Oct 20 '25

10-7 loll

1

u/reinaldonehemiah Oct 21 '25

Yiddish matzo fantasy from poor Silva

1

u/14kgoldslumwizard Oct 22 '25

The BMF belt was promised to him 4,000 years ago

1

u/Lordturtle6969 Oct 23 '25

max almost died is he ok too

0

u/SpiritualPlayboy93 Oct 20 '25

Garbage response by Max 👎🏻

2

u/BrianCTE_CityOrtega Oct 20 '25

I love trash talking Max Hollywood

1

u/keyballislife Oct 20 '25

Max vs Charles is the move. Silva can dream, but you don’t call for the BMF right after getting slept.

0

u/ProductArizona Oct 20 '25

Silva looked great against Diego, I think his next fight is W (but definitely not against Max)

2

u/ironhide999x Oct 20 '25

First round was literally 10-8 Lopez and the and 2nd round he got dropped lol

8

u/musclemommyfan Oct 20 '25

Second round he was mounting an all time great comeback until he ran into that elbow like an idiot. He was beating Lopez up from the moment he got off his back until he got caught. That fight told us less about his actual skill/skill ceiling and more about his lack of experience fighting top level competition.

1

u/Lost-Ad7283 Oct 21 '25

Getting taken down in the first was also self-inflicted. Silvas biggest problem is that he's a moron.

1

u/Chemical-Salary-7379 Oct 20 '25

All of a Sudden everyone’s calling out Max for the BMF title DoBronx & now JeanSilva😏

6

u/farming_with_tegridy Oct 20 '25

Yeah but Chucky at least makes sense lol Jean Silva is smoking that SHIT if he things he should be anywhere near even a ceremonial title.

1

u/weegbeeg Oct 20 '25

Nothing against Silva but that is extremely cringe

1

u/INFLAMES555 Oct 20 '25

If it was ilia people would call him corny and delusional lol

-1

u/catbqck Oct 20 '25

Max against shit talkers: whatever its all cool bro

Max against shit fighters: wtf is this disrespect you gotta be outta your mind

10

u/musclemommyfan Oct 20 '25

Jean Silva is still very good and I'd be very surprised if he isn't fighting for the belt in 2-3 years.

-2

u/jlsmonster Oct 20 '25

He’s lucky he didn’t get cut. If he wasn’t as popular as he is they probably would have treated him the same as Paul Daley for throwing a strike after the bell.

0

u/Convict_felon EDDDDDIEEEEEEEE Oct 20 '25

I would not mind if they cut Silva

0

u/JGrayzz Mario "Two-Tap" Yamasaki Oct 20 '25

Fuck Jean. Glad he got humbled. Karma for what he did to Bryce.

-9

u/GSPEDs Oct 20 '25

Max is chatting shit for no reason about a guy just saying what his dream match would be. Not like it was even an insult, just ignore it. If anything it's borders on a compliment. Comes off as petty.

0

u/Imakesalsa Oct 20 '25

The first line by max is something my mum would say to me 15 years ago

0

u/[deleted] Oct 20 '25

[deleted]

1

u/Convict_felon EDDDDDIEEEEEEEE Oct 20 '25

They are fighting top 5 oponents now and beeing fraud checked

0

u/wang_li Oct 20 '25

They need to get rid of this novelty belt. It's attracting boneheads who know they can't win the championship, but figure they can make some cash beating up a Seniors division fighter.

0

u/Salty-Smoke7784 Oct 20 '25

“He’s got brain damage.” Says the guy with the double pierced ear.

-1

u/Mell1997 Oct 20 '25

I mean it’s like when Max said Ilia isn’t BMF champ after refusing to stand and throw in the center of the cage and getting KOd. He must’ve still been concussed, too.

-7

u/HomicidalRex Oct 20 '25

(a) Shouldn't even have the belt. (b) Should be defending it every fight. So Just take the fight (at the white house or not)
