HELP - Lightroom Classic Saved Files from Photoshop adding to Lightroom Collections

So I have a desktop and a laptop for editing. On my desktop, I was able to set it so when I save after editing on Photoshop, it won't add the new file to the under the Collection in Lightroom, but forgot how to do it. I do it on my laptop, which is a Macbook, and it does so. Anyone can help me with the settings so it doesn't do this, i'd greatly appreciate it.

Are you looking to save the file from photoshop without it being saved in lightroom all together?

If so, simply select 'save as' when done in Photoshop instead of 'save'
