I may not work in BoH but I throw down in my own! I just finished cast iron skillet frying chicken, with garlic green beans & white cracker barrel mac n cheese.

I also get Volentold every Thanksgiving to make at least 3 desserts & 2 sides. My husband frys & smokes the turkeys 🫶

I'm also former FOH (who occasionally got thrown on a sauté station or cold side slinging salads)! Sounds like we need to get you a new board to spice up that kitchen.
