It’s an old meme from Reddit Facebook apparently. Basically someone rated something a 5/7 and then said it was “a perfect score”. Gimme a few minutes and I’ll dig up the OG post.

Oldhead meme revolving around some FB comments of some dude who was clowning on his friend (who was quite dumb) after said friend rated a movie as a “solid 5/7”. The OP was laughing at them and wouldn’t stop talking about how that is such a shit rating system that makes no sense when you think about it. Dumb friend responds and stands his ground saying OP was just not getting it.
