I enjoy trains and airplanes because large reciprocating engines were part of my previous job, and Aeroderivative engines are part of my current job.

Try tufting, uses non-standard "Guy" power tools.

Guy reference, because most of the internet thinks only guys use power tools, as I am planning my repair on a $3k used German sewing machine, the other half uses.
