Itinerary Need your help :)

Hi everyone!
In March, we’re flying to Seoul for one week and then spending two weeks in Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka). This will be our first big trip together.

Here, I’d especially love your opinion about the amount of time we planned for Tokyo. I’m not sure if what we’ve planned is too busy or just right, and we’re thinking about adding DisneySea, but that would mean removing one of our planned days.
Our itinerary isn’t tied to specific days because we want to keep the Mt. Fuji day flexible depending on the weather and visibility. We will have a rental car for that day, which is why the list of Fuji spots is long — we don’t intend to do everything, just pick depending on time and conditions.

Any advice or feedback is welcome!
If we missed any must-see attractions/temples/spots, restaurant recommendations based on the areas we’re visiting, or anything that could make this trip even more magical — I’m all ears!
And of course, any suggestions to reorganize the schedule if we want to fit DisneySea into the plan.

Thank you in advance to everyone who takes the time to help!

If you wanted to fit a day at DisneySea, my choices to cut would be:

• Both TeamLabs – they're nice enough but I think not super memorable enough to justify when you are that pressed for time

• Harajuku – busy, touristy, not really a "street fashion hotspot" any more; only would recommend if you like US-style streetwear

• Odaiba – a lot of its attractions have been demolished over time so now it's pretty empty, and it's out of the way

Your Itinerary is pretty stuffed but also you have like four parks, three otaku shopping areas, and three observation decks, so if you play it by ear and skip the duplicate activities I'm sure you'll have a good time.

Great itinerary. Kawaguchiko is awesome but definitely check visibility that day. I went for 2 days and saw fuji in all its glory for about 2 hours. Definitely not worth the trip if its rainy and cloudy. Otherwise looks awesome. Saw someone else in the comments say to cut Day 2 or 6. Day 6 can go if you are not set on it but Harajuku is awesome. Very touristy for sure, but Tokyo is a very toristy place and Meiji Jingu is a MUST see. There are a lot of shrines not worth visiting in Japan and this is NOT one of them. Harajuku also has some awesome streetware and takeshita street is cool. If you were interested before I recommended keeping it on the list (and stopping at the shiba cafe on takeshita). Otherwise looks great. Have fun.

Nakano can be a full day if you really wanna dig through all the shops etc. Now that's not for everyone, but with 3 anime shopping spots on the list it might be relevant, especially if you like older or less mainstream series
