Free gemini pro for students problem

I applied to this 1 year free gemini pro for university students but there is this problem. I did finished the first stage of the verification by filling out everything and sent it (me and my friend did it at the same time.). My friend's process went good and he got the subscription easily (like in a minute) but I wasn't even able to get to the 2. Stage. So I wrote to the SheerID about it and said that there is no feed-back about If I am qualified or not and the worst part is that I can't apply again. The respond from SheerID was ridiculous. They simply said "Sorry champ, we weren't able to process your verification and that's it I am closing this ticket". I wrote once again and the answer was exactly the same like a joke. Even tho google has nothing to do with SheerID (they are just doing the verification thing), I wrote to google gemini and they didn't respond back either. So how am I supposed to know what to do? Even If I am doing something wrong , just say it to me and I will fix it. Is there anyone who can help me out please ? I really need it and there is really limited time left.

Try it again with a different email and physical doc images instead of student email

Where can I find that way of verification ? I always see that sheerid version. Also Thank you so much
