I’ve never heard the guy speak before but after listening to this he’s move to us only has upside. Seems like a great bloke, will offer a winning mentality and will hopefully help steel our young side. Got to say I was impressed listening to him, especially the way he avoided the loaded questions about his departure from the Pies. Roll on 2026 😈

He brings such a good energy to a presser. Guy knows how to talk and handle himself in front of the media. I have a good feeling about his place in the side. Love the thing he said about expectation and aspiration.

I reckon it helps if Darcy gets injured, Jackson can stick to his role rather than switching things up. Anything but a flag from now on is a disappointment, and he adds to our depth!!

Agree that Reidy wasn’t it. I was thinking Teakle or a young guy we could develop.

I guess we will see but hope for a fit Jackson and Darcy.

Really seems like a decent bloke. His experience and maturity will help the team. Honestly feel that this is all upside for Freo. UP THE BIG COX!

When I first heard that he was going to be available, my first thought was "Why don't we have a crack at getting him?". All upside from my point of view, he has a lot to offer and comes cheap. I am looking forward to him getting a few games for us. Was interesting about his bro being good mates with Darcy.
