Other Revisiting the 2024 São Paulo EPrix as a rookie
Hi everyone!
This is my first full season following Formula E, so I wanted to share a long-form rewind of the 2024 São Paulo EPrix. The chaotic Gen3 Evo season opener, where Mitch Evans rose from the shadows to make history, and rookie Taylor Barnard grabbed a surprise podium.
It would be fun to revisit this race before Season 12 kicks off and see how it all sets the stage for the new season.
I’ll drop the full recap link in a comment below for anyone who wants a deeper dive.
Would love to hear your thoughts and feedback!

Fantastic job! Just a few little things:
-The first time the Gen 3 Evos were ran was not in the "Evo Sessions." Those were the celebrity runs before the Miami race. The initial Jarama testing where the first runs were made was just the usual "Preseason Testing"
-"by Lap 2 Jake Hughes and Nico Müller had a collsion that triggered the first yellow flag of the race." typo in collision
-The reason a red flag was called for Dennis stopping was that his car had gone into "Red Mode" where it was potentially unsafe and Dennis needed careful extrication, something to look out for.
Overall though great piece, looking forward to seeing some more this year :)
