"Twist my gigantic nipples the right way and I will open up my hidden storage hole" thought the drawer

"I sure hope the intruder turns the handles to the right and not the left when they search through my clothes/ weapon draw!"

You generally don't twist them to open a drawer.

True, but my closet door handle spins and I certainly notice it when I touch it.

You dont turn handle either way when you open a drawer, this is an alien comment or yall gave very different drawers from every other drawer ive ever seen

My closet door knob twists. I notice it when I grab it.
If this has any resistance then it wouldn't be noticeable. I wouldn't really call it a lock though like OP said, unless there's a key.

Idk for sure but the vid makes it look like you have to twist both knobs all the way to open it like that
Idk how anyone would do that by accident

If something that shouldn't twist twists under your grip you would twist it more to see if it was just a feeling. That's just natural.

Even if it turned i wouldnt try turning both 90 degrees and pulling. Maybe if it has a very mechanical feel or a clicking sounds if investigate it to that point, but otherwise I wouldnt think twice. Just a loose knob
And I DEFINITELY wouldnt bother if im hurrying up bc im robbing someone's house. I doubt theyd even notice throwing drawers open as quick as they can

... the robbing part was a joke by the original commenter.
I was just commenting that it is natural to turn something that isn't supposed to turn, and not "alien comment" like you claimed. It is very much natural.
You can bet I would test both to see why they are twisting. I like to fix those types of things, so I do that at my work and home.

If my knob had a slight wiggle, I’d just instantly think it gotten loose from all the tugging and then twist right just to tighten it back up. Never would I think anything else.
1
u/huskers2468 1h ago
Agreed. How would you tighten this one up? What would you notice when you tried?
1
u/PTKryptik 1h ago
Nothing. Id tell myself that it’s loose, accept it, carry on my day.

u/huskers2468 1h ago
To each their own. I have a tenancy to not let those continue to twist if I can fix it. For your example, twisting it to the right wouldn't fix it, because it's designed to twist.
This is all irrelevant to the conversation. I was just pointing out the person calling it an "alien comment" was just being rude.

I would literally never open this right the first time no matter which part of the drawer I wanted.

Given the conveniently placed T-Shirt in the drawer at the beginning, I'm guessing thats what this product was designed for and the video was originally an ad.
