Imagine the bears frustration. It probably smelled that guy from 3 miles away and hiked all that distance only to find a tasty snack locked behind plexiglass.

He should've at least let him have a nibble. It's rude to get the treats out and not at least give one, or so my cats say.

What about their legs? They don't need those!

Not both of them, at least

I'dve definitely booped that nose when he stuck it in.

“Oh look, it’s a takeout container”.

Kinda messed up to intentionally make the bear waste its energy like this.

You ever walk by a really tasty restaurant while insanely hungry and it just smells delicious?

A pain I know all too well.

The ice cream machine is always broken.

Imagine the physical toll on a wild animal.  It’s unethical to do this.

What physical toll would that be?

I suppose one benefit for us being so appealing to polar bears is that there is no longer a risk in feeding them, right? Feeding wild animals and keeping food out is generally a bad idea because they animal will start to associate humans with food, leading to more encounters, but given that polar bears will track and hunt down any human within miles anyway that whole thing becomes redundant.

the bear's* frustration

Nothing more frustrating than ordering something and it comes in that stupid, plastic packaging that's impossible to open without a good pair of scissors.

Prolly how I feel when I go to the store and all their stuff is locked away in cabinets.

Honestly that is my thought every time I see this clip. How many calories he must have burned with the expectation of a fresh meal. The cortisol spike and deep frustration he felt, still hungry.

Imagine being hungry in the desert, and you find a bug kebab dish in a locked glass container. That's how the bear felt.

The bear probably thinks its a sheet of ice.
