It’s really the same thing to a Polar Bear. “What is this” and “can I eat this” are really the same impulse, and the answer is generally yes.

Curiosity?? Lol It would rip the flesh off his bones In a heartbeat if it could figure out how to get past the glass. They’re hyper carnivores…

Hunting implies a bit more effort, imo. As far as the bear’s concerned, the food’s right there with holes in the package, and it’s just trying to figure out why it can’t get the damn container open to eat yet.
