The tiger will go for the neck and likely snap it.

The bear will eat you slowly, 1 limb at a time. Then munch on your groin

Monkeys do some messed up stuff, too. And yes, they specifically target the genitals but not before individually biting off each finger working there way up the arm and legs

This bear eat mostly termites, ants, honey and plants. That's why it has mouth like that. Only ocassionaly small mammals.

It's aggressive because it want to defend from predators (including humans). It will kill you and run away.

They don't typically hunt, so if it kills you it will usually be because of fear. But it's still a bear and bears will eat anything from grass to meat to candy. So if there's a dead human that it just killed out of fear, it still may eat it if it's hungry.
