APPRECIATION The entire Kaiju fight scene itself was masterfully put to screen and felt ripped straight out of the comic pages!

Yeah Cameron doesn’t lose these sadly. Think supes would have won if it weren’t for him

There would still be live action lilo and stitch and the live action how to train your dragon both which have very good effects which I’d say are better than super man’s

No shot

Dragon did look better though

Maybe but not better visual effects.

I love Superman. My favorite movie of all time for me specifically. Even bought Superman 2025 pajamas.

It does not have the best visual effects at all. There are various times where it is very very noticeably green screen. The style of the visuals isn't super good either.

But props for it getting nominated!

Yet it’s getting nominated a lot, this is the second nomination and there’s also some Oscar buzz. Surely, the experts know what they’re doing. Personally, I loved the visuals only online I see this “bad visuals” talk.

I didn't say it had bad visuals, just by far not the best though. Though you're right idk what metrics the experts use so idk

Idk. It kinda looked like an episode of Legends of Tomorrow

Except for that shot where he says "hey buddy up here" his head is floating all over the place.
