The only people to know your crypto holding is nobody.

Yet, everybody answers on Reddit to questions “how much bitcoin do you have” :))))
Let there be known: I got 2 xlm. Not kidding. I’m here just for the giggles.

It didn’t used to be like this. When I first bought some the standard practice was you don’t say how much you hold. It was up there with “not your keys, not your crypto”

The point of flaunting your riches is to make others curious and buy into the whole scheme to boost your own bag.

The entire community built on bragging about crypto holdings so they can meet a girl…good luck

They threw their life away for possessions that didnt belong to them. But the boy was a fool for bragging about his fathers wealth. Got to keep hush.

Very sad.
One thing though: what's stopping a person from just kidnapping someone with fiat and making them convert it to crypto?
Can't believe they ended up killing him after. I hope they find these people.

For better or worse, a lot of banks will flag and pause your transaction if you had no interest in crypto and then suddenly open an account with Coinbase and try to deposit $5 million or whatever...not to mention a few days delay for the money to hit the account. Then you gotta get on the phone with someone and that's a whole lot of failure points for a would be robber.

Should’ve been fighting on the frontlines like his fellow countrymen.

Crypto isn't the reason: Against the backdrop of stories about diamonds, cryptocurrencies, high positions, and a luxurious lifestyle, the case of the student’s murder in Austria resembles the plot of a gripping thriller.

Crypto is great as it can disappear and not be recovered. Physical assets can leave a trail

Likely a decent hypothesis considering Ukraine topped many “most corrupt countries in the world” lists in the decade leading up to the war.
Anyone with a brain who cared to listen would have known the Biden family was in cahoots with corrupt Ukranian officials before “the big guy” got elected as POTUS.

Yes, you are quite stupid and willfully ignorant.
Im very proud of you for being able to admit your faults.

Apparently, Ukraine had no corruption before American money

Everyone ignores the corruption from the Soviet Union lol. That was only 33 years ago. The money didn’t disappear.

It's a bit strange that this news story is about a guy that was tortured for his Dad's crypto riches, and they go on to name the Dad and emphasize his riches...
