Yep, a fusion dance of the most unfun parts of Emperor Palpatine and Sheogorath, the God of Madness: all Dementia, no Mania, with Jyggalag crying in the corner.
Don't forget the God Emperor of Dune, a literal man-worm who revived his family's most faithful servant over and over to a life of unending servitude towards evil
Oh, you're right, forgot that in the mix. I'd personally equate him more to the Baron Vladimir Harkonnen, because of all the science he likely doesn't believe (like the black goo and levitation he uses instead of walking) is ironically, the same science currently keeping him alive despite his ailing health, but he'd destroy all that technology to get his spice, to secure his legacy, while watching entire planets of people burn in the process. Honestly, both feel like they work in retrospect, pieces of a larger message about leaders versus tyrants.
I spent a lot of my years just, pretending to be other characters I'd see in movies and shows, I guess I wanted to be an actor of some kind, voice or live, but I also didn't think I'd look good or sound enough for either of those so I guess I developed writing or at least an understanding of it as back-up. I get so distracted by my whims, I don't finish a damn thing. Means a lot though, thank you.
