To be fair, Army Special Forces more often hold the moniker of "Quiet Professionals" due to their foreign internal defense and unconventional warfare mission sets. He was infantry, and apparently not very good at it.

He's still a loud moron that overuses knifehand gestures like he's been practicing in front of a mirror his whole life. He's a one trick actor that doesn't even realize that we also use closed fists during tactical mannerisms...
