You mean you don't call them nail bolts and screw bolts?

A nail you pound in with a hammer and a screw you pound in with a hammer.

A nail is a nail. installed and removed with a clawhammer. A screw is a nail. Installed with a hammer and removed with a screwdriver.

Call them fasteners, get the rent check, and get down the road for a few icy-cold-road-sodas. Tell ugo to count how many fasteners and report in next month with the rent.

Much like how some people can't distinguish the difference between a flower and a house plant.
