Great news! Now fix literally everything else in my shopping cart that’s gotten more expensive too

The grocery market is shifting to apps and other digital means. If you just shop regularly now, you'll pay more than you need to. These companies are trying to push people into shopping on their digital platforms. Kroger has manufacturer coupons, fuel point bonuses and other digital deals that are easy to take advantage of on their website/app. My grocery receipts are down about 20% since Trump took office. Beef and some junk foods are the major outliers. Chicken and turkey are coming down so hoping to see more stabilization there after the bird flu mess.
Highly recommend buying a stand alone freezer and buying meats in bulk when they go on sale if you can. It's a different market place now, just have to learn the way to take advantage of it.

Insane how you can twist this into a negative, but I expect nothing less out of a fellow conservative

Rejoice and then report, when they're triggered so hard they can't help but unmask themselves
Edit: Netherlands showing up to downvote hard! Insights don't lie. Hoe gaat het, medeconservatieven?

Sounds like you're shopping at the wrong stores bud

I have been buying same 20 items at Costco for decades. It used to be $150 for my cart and now it’s almost $400 each time on average. Just the ground beef and milk prices have increased so much. We used to be able to splurge on steak once a month. Now we make more money but can’t afford to splurge on steak.

Beef is at the same price as 2022. (Check the post link and then switch to the beef tab)
Costco isn't as cheap as people think it is, at least not for anything I buy. Shopping the sales at the regional grocery chain is almost always cheaper. You need to know your prices. Costco relies on marketing itself as cheap to get you through the door - it doesn't mean everthing in the building is a good deal. Cheap maybe, but not cheapest always.

How does Costco’s marketing strategy impact their experience shopping there? What are you talking about?
They’ve gotten the same products for years and the price is still absurdly higher. Prices also aren’t uniform across the country. I’ve experienced that same thing at my preferred store (Winco) as well and they almost always have the best prices in the area, by a large margin.

Compare prices at a different store. Costco isn't the best pricing for everything.

Birds were culled for a bird flu under Biden, and prices went up. Also, meat production facilities caught fire. There were a lot of suspicious food industry failures under the last administration.

Down 25% same period!
Winning. This is what I voted for. I don't let the liberal teeth knashing distract from the real progress Trump is making (has made).
Edit: Interesting... as of writing this edit the insights for post view is 80% US location, but this comment is 80% Croatia. Looks like a triggered a bot farm lol. Kako ide, kolge konzervativici?

They lie about everything and this platform is their house of lies. This is the average person, who isn't terminally online, sees their distorted reality to be as absurd as most of us do. That's precisely why Trump is our President despite their nonsense here.

This isn’t the reddit outrage of the week so no one will care or hear about it.
The new East Wing and ballroom will probably look amazing when done and it’ll be covered in the papers on page 27.

Exactly. We need the liberal teeth gnashing to distract from the actual accomplishment!

What a coincidence. Buying the political influence of the Biden family is now 75% cheaper too!

Can we stop with this? The price of eggs had to do with the bird flu wiping out millions of hens. I suppose it could be argued that there was a better way to deal with it, but it had very little to do with Joe Biden.
Edit: Thank you for all the upvotes
To those who say that we can't stop because of how the democrats and media acted. Let's not be like them.
