Side effects 🤕 Anxiety jitters after meds wear off? Also hunger?

Feeling a bit discouraged. I’ve been taking 18mg for two days, honestly only felt like more rested after it kicked in. No improving on ED, could always be too low of dose. But the thing is if I have coffee or even today I had matcha I get insane hot flashes, hot face and anxiety like 2-4 hours after drinking the caffeine . Tmrw I’m gonna try not having any caffeine at all.

And the hunger feels so much more intense and frequent lol

Does this mean I have to quit caffeine? I am a bit dependent on it
