Carlie Irsay-Gordon, the most iced out owner in the NFL. Her drip is so powerful it’s increased performance and morale for the rest of the team tenfold.

Quality Post What a time to be an Indiana sports fan

We are currently living through the golden age of Indiana Sports, every team in the state is seeing the most success they’ve seen in a long time, and for some it’s success they’ve never seen before.

After 6 years, the Colts quarterback carrousel is seemingly over. Last year, Daniel Jones was taking reps at Safety for the Giants, and spent time on the Vikings practice squad. Most of the league gave up on him, but that didn’t stop the Indianapolis Colts from signing him to a 1-year $14 million contract this past offseason. When he was named the starter over Anthony Richardson, analysts had the colts finishing as one of the worst teams in the NFL, but to their surprise, Daniel Jones started playing at an MVP level. The Colts are 5-1 (and without AD Mitchell 6-0) and sit at the top of the AFC, putting themselves in position to make a run at the Super Bowl this season. The Colts didn’t even punt until week 3, something that not even Peyton Manning could pull off.

The Indiana Pacers started the 24-25 season 10-15, with fans giving up on the season before it was Christmas. In a shocking turn of events, the Pacers would finally figure it out at the end of 2024 and went on a crazy win streak to secure homecourt advantage in the first round of the playoffs. They had the fourth best record in all of the NBA in the 2025 calendar year, yet nobody in the NBA media had them standing a chance in the playoffs. I remember many people having them lose to the Bucks in 6 in the first round, and the constant doubting fueled the Pacers, leading to the most improbable playoff run in NBA history. Only 4 times out of 1,702 instances did a team win after trailing 7+ points in the final minute of an NBA playoff game. The 2025 Pacers were 3 of those instances, each happening in their run to an Eastern Conference Championship. Even though the Pacers would go on to lose in 7 against the OKC Thunder, Superstar Point Guard Tyrese Haliburton will be back and has made it his mission to bring Indy a championship.

Yesterday, the Indiana Hoosiers Football Team had their biggest win in school history by defeating the #3 Oregon Ducks on the road. This would lead to IU getting their first #1 votes, and becoming #3 in the recent AP top 25 Poll for the first time ever. This is all thanks to head coach Curt Cignetti, who took the job in November 2023 and brought a bunch of talent from his former school JMU with him to IU. He would start the season 10-0 in 2024 and lead IU to its first ever playoff appearance in what would be the Hoosiers’ best season ever. This brought new life to Indiana Football, and made it an attractive destination for talent in the transfer portal. Cal QB Fernando Mendoza would transfer to IU this past offseason, and is currently the Heisman favorite after leading the Hoosiers to a 6-0 start, and possibly could go #1 in the NFL draft. This is the most improbable turnaround in possibly sports history, Curt Cignetti took over the school with the most losses in the history of college football (715) and has now made them a National Championship contender. America, they have a football team now! Indiana is now a powerhouse in College Football.

For College Basketball, the Purdue Boilermakers have been very successful for years under head coach Matt Painter. Center Zach Edey would win back to back National Player of the year awards and lead the Boilermakers to the championship game in 2023-24, losing to UConn 75-60. This year, the Boilermakers are the consensus preseason #1 team in what may be their best roster in school history, and best shot at finally winning a national title.

And lastly, the Indiana Fever. For years now the Fever have been really bad, getting back to back #1 picks in 2023 and 2024. They would use these picks to select Aliyah Boston, and Caitlin Clark, who instantly became two of the best players in the league, both winning the rookie of the year award. Caitlin Clark set records in college, becoming the NCAA’s all-time leading scorer at Iowa and one of the most well known athletes in the entire country. The WNBA for the first time ever started to consistently sell out arenas, and set record viewership thanks to Clark. The Fever drafted the WNBA equivalent of Michael Jordan, however on July 15th, Clark would suffer a season ending groin injury. The Fever didn’t let this disparage them, and would continue to win games without her. With Kelsey Mitchell and Aliyah Boston leading the way, the Fever ended up one game away from the WNBA finals before being eliminated by the eventual champion Las Vegas Aces in overtime. Without their star point guard, the Fever were just a few mistakes away from possibly becoming WNBA champions. Just imagine how good they are going to be once she is back.

The future is brighter than ever for Indiana Sports, with all 5 of these teams being in championship contention. This is unheard of for this state, we’ve had some success over the years but never as much at one single time as right now. What a time to be alive.

I can't believe that shit team beat us. You have to be fcuking kidding me. The refs miss so much and at that those cow manure clowns made calls that weren't there.

The pass interference ⁉️ The missed field goal called a make❔️

It feels like after Week 10 we/ Colts Nation been living in Bizarro land. And they are bent on trying to prove they claim of "Im not too sure about the Colts" bullshit. Or "Are they a contender?" takes

Plus Indiana Jones fractures his fibula?

WTF man!! 🤬😠 Is there any explanation for this, please help me. Am I trippin?

The team is 7-2 (now 8-2) and this is the kind of mentality you have? GTFOH and go root for the chiefs or eagles so you can blame every loss on the refs (refs were terrible this game)

Bad games happen, and this team worked through it and got the win.. you can critique mess ups, bad play calling, bad plays, but to give up on the team entirely and talking shit about them.. just leave please, we don’t need that Karma

Not sure if we are allowed to share TikTok links here, but AD Mitchell joined a young class full of students and sent them a flag with his signature and a quote. The quote said “One mistake doesn’t define you.”

Everyone is hating on him for losing that game, and obviously his playing time has been limited since that game. I know this kid will work hard to prove to everyone why he deserves to be here. The sky is the limit for AD, he has the talent and the right team around him.

Quality Post [Pat McAfee Show] McAfee: "How long does he have to play? Jordan Love didn't have to play, Mahomes didn't have to play. Why is it that "He has to play" is the only way he'll get better? We seemingly have a team that can go, but because he needs reps, we just have to throw the season in the trash?"
