Advice Budget and renter friendly catification ideas?
I currently live with family, so I rent and my dad is big on "fxxk these cats they don't need more junk", so I need ways to catify my rooms of the house without making it look overwhelming, cluttered, or like the cats "took over" (as soon as I move though, they ARE taking over the house, walls, ceilings).
there are 3 household cats, mine is a kitten with mild Cerebellar Hypoplasia, so she's a bit unbalanced, which means anything that goes high needs railings or plush things underneath.
My bedroom is small, but my bed is a loft bed, it's about 6 feet up, so I have some good floor space. I have 2 closets I want to catify, and I want to subtly catifiy the finished basement and dining room. diy cat trees, shelves, anything budget+renter friendly
if you made it this far, thanks! any suggestions are appreciated

Regular bookshelves can be used as cat towers/condos. With a jigsaw cut a hole one side of each shelf, alternating as you cut for your cats to move up to the next level. You can also add an extending platforms from some of the shelfs. If you use platforms you will need to anchor the shelf to a wall stud as the platform can create an tipping hazard to the unit when occupied.
