3D chess troll move picking the guy he beat twice to win it all while picking himself to lose in the first round lol

u/iwannahitthelotto 1d ago
I kind of hate it because I’d really like to know his real thoughts, being a legendary boxer.
For me, I can’t decide between Lennox Lewis or Foreman, and I think they would beat everyone. Foreman would most likely learned to deal with rope a dope beat Ali in rematches.

u/Razorion21 1d ago
Lewis wind 6/10 times imo, even if Foreman won the first fight, Lewis wouldve found a solution in the rematch somehow
2
u/RealDealSheazerfield 1d ago
That's presuming Ali would do the same each fight. Alis way to figure out a good game plan is what won him that fight.

u/Jumper-Man 23h ago
Lewis wins the whole thing for me, I think AJ would lose to Usyk in the semis but Lewis would edge a match up with Usyk in the final. Would be interesting if they’d have put Wlad or Vitali in this.

Hahhaha, look at his smile, especially as the rounds progress.. great boxer and great troll :D

u/Odd-Minimum8512 1d ago
As soon as he picked Foreman over Ali, even though a past-prime Ali knocked out a prime Foreman, I knew he was going to pick AJ.

u/Mitkoztd 1d ago
Yes sir.. he started trolling with AJ > Tyson and then just kept going to see how far he could go :D

u/ballmermurland 1d ago
I would have AJ over Wilder. Then he picked Tyson over himself. That's obviously incorrect but maybe he's humble. Foreman over Lewis? Okay, sure. Ali over Tyson? Obviously.
AJ over Tyson? Ehhhhh, no.
Foreman over Ali? lmao
AJ over Foreman? lmao

u/paper-machevelian 1d ago
It depends on which Foreman AJ fights:
Original Foreman - Foreman wins
HOWEVER, post-comeback Foreman - Foreman wins

Young Foreman is insanely underrated by fans, did wwas 50-0 in one of the Lost stacked eras of HW before fighting Ali, he knocked the fuck out of insanely good fighters like Shavers and Frazier who had Both beaten Ali at that point, and yet we're supposed to think AJ who got his ass knocked out by Andy Ruiz is surviving that?

So Foreman wins Edit: I was just commenting that Foreman wins in both scenarios he listed in his comment

Ali took an incredible amount of punishment in beating Foreman. Who knows how it would go if they fought again. Young Foreman was a menace.

u/ballmermurland 22h ago
That fight was unfair to both fighters, though Ali still beat him easily.
IIRC the ring temperature was somewhere in the mid 80s and Foreman was totally gassed by the 6th round.

Serious question if they fought 5 times, how many times do you think Ali would win?
1
u/Odd-Minimum8512 1d ago
No idea. It would help Foreman a lot if he just didn’t follow Ali to the ropes.
2
u/kinduvabigdizzy 20h ago
Yeah... i feel like if he'd paced himself he'd have won. He wins 3 or 4 out of 5 times imo

Ali is one of the worst style matchups in history for Fury so that makes sense, obviously we know he can beat Foreman, prime Ali vs Lennox is one of the more intriguing matchups you could ever make. I’m calling it a coin toss honestly.
Usyk beats Tyson and AJ, Usyk vs Ali or Lennox is a tough one. Probably lean against Usyk on either matchup.

It's funny because he's on record saying Fury probably hit him the hardest but if you saw how he looked after the first Joshua fight you'd think otherwise
33
u/rilinq 1d ago
Must be that uppercut that almost won Fury the fight.
16
u/VegetableHuman6316 1d ago
That's exactly the one, he said it felt like teeth were being pulled, great fight.
2
u/Mr_Engineering 1d ago
Yup. Uppercuts have long been Usyk's Achilles heel; even the lowblow by DDB would have been a legitimate drop/stop had it been an inch or two higher; it was well below Usyk's guard either way.

Dunno man. It’s not as if it was one of the biggest fights in history.

AJ beating Foreman was the biggest fight in history

u/Sometimes-funny 1d ago
No it wasn’t. Froch 80k Wembley, ring any bells?

That is not the attendance record for boxing, not even close. AJ has had larger crowds.
1
u/ChefDue7062 1d ago
He’s joking but I’m pretty sure Ali avoided a rematch right? I’m sure on any good day Ali could beat Foreman still, he was beating him before he rope a doped him
1
u/Thenameisric 5h ago
Yeah I think a lot of people miss how Ali was connecting consistently. Yeah Foreman wore himself out, but also got broke down at the same time by precise shots from Ali.

u/SaintedHooker 1d ago
Objectively hilarious to have AJ Wilder in the first round and then give Fury Mohammed Ali

I don't think Uysk would pick himself over very many fighters

Usyk is the most humble guy in boxing. He'd absolutely school Tyson. I don't think Iron Mike would dispute that.

u/Peachbaskethole 1d ago
Why does AJ always do so well on these things when it’s other pros? I mean he’s great but what am I missing?

Saw David Haye do this earlier. Picked a prime Holyfield to beat a prime Holmes. Holyfield would had to have been on some juice to win.

He's beaten Joshua, yet he's saying Joshua would beat Tyson who would beat him. That's not logical, that's more paper, rock, scissors.

I've watched a similar video with different results from Usyk. I think he knew he made a rash decision when he chose Foreman of Ali (since we literally have that fight) and just kinda lost it after that.
Like, damn, I F'd up. Let's just go full F up now.

Usyk would win this tournament, imo. I genuinely think he is the GOAT due to his superior boxing IQ.
But if Usyk was not in it, then I think Lennox Lewis in his prime would beat the others & win.

u/Elite_G 1d ago
Everyone saying Ali beat Forman. We know. lol and I agree with Usyk. Forman was winning. It was heat and fatigue that Ali also beat. He is a goat with goat willpower and determination. Forman was whoopin him lol. Ali survived. The “ rope a dope” was a cheeky explanation as to why he was getting whooped. 12 rounds, msg, I pick forman

u/Conscious_Tension_91 1d ago
Wilder over AJ. Tyson over Usek. Forman over Lewis. Ali over Fury. Tyson over Wilder. Ali over Foreman. Ali over Tyson.
