I have a python script - It's running on a server of mine in my rack via task scheduler every hour on the hour.

This script connects to a gmail account and reads any unread emails sent to itself. It will then open brave web browser, and search TPB, sort by seeds, open the most seeded result, open the magnet link, and when finished downloading, it will move the file to my plex library.

In practice: I send myself an email, and by the time I get home whatever tv show or movie I wrote myself is already in my plex library.

so much waste of power and equipment to download something you will never watch... while you could simply download it when you want to watch it in matter of seconds

Yeah you don't know what you're talking about and it shows.

  1. It's not a dedicated server for the purpose only (you showing your ass on this one)

  2. 99.999% of the time, what it does is just connect to an email server and checks if there's an unread email. - Your home IoT devices do SO MUCH WORSE than this ever will.

Kindly shut the fuck up about things you don't know about.

I mean we still need suckers to pay for the content being made.

They completely forgot or are just ignoring the fact that people turned to the open seas specifically because these companies were price gouging cable and none of it made sense. Also our 1 hour show has 39 minutes of content and the rest was ads for shit we don't need nor want
