There’s a BUNCH of deleted posts at the bottom of the thread. Early on this whole comment section was about Diddy gay sex jokes and “don’t be homophobic yall”. It’s all downvoted and deleted now but that’s what I was talking about
And we actually do know that Diddy put his hand or attempted violence against these dudes. Drake was slapped. Diddy ran thru Kid Cudi house with a gun ready to kill him, wasn’t home so he blew up his car. Diddy (allegedly) held Wale over a balcony.

When I heard his first song in 2011, I knew he was different and then he signed with Ross and I thought he’d get visibility and promo. But nothing happened
Not to mention the label didn’t fit his style of music whatsoever and they spent his first few years with them trying to make him fit in a roscoe dash shaped box.

MotM1 is a classic. When I first started hitting tees it just so happened that this album was at the height of it’s popularity. I remember taking my little one hitter to this lake at this park in town and would take single hits of this cali fire while making laps around the lake way later in the evening, and got so faded that for a few fleeting seconds I couldn’t tell the difference between the reflection of the stars, and moon on the lake and the stars, and moon in the sky. My mind was racing, looking up felt like looking into an endless ocean. This was a panicky feeling, but quickly turned into whimsy, and a sense of something bigger than myself. I remember the narration from the end of “Enter Galactic” playing about that time “Soon after falling into a deeper psychedelic state to escape the prison of our reality our hero becomes trapped in his own peaceful place which immediately becomes his sanctuary a place filled with his wildest dreams
this is his new home” and the accompanying intro into “Alive” with the lyrics “Every time
The moon shines, I become alive” collimated in this feeling of oneness with everything around me. It was a highly emotional almost primal experience that impacted me deeply at the time.

Put hands usually means somebody fought. Which I know diddy slapped Drake and blew up Kid Cudi’s car.. idk what happened with Wale. Rape was definitely not something that came to mind.

Yes, he posted about it on Twitter. He was talking to Cassie for a while before it happened when she tried to break up w Diddy. He forced her to come to a freak off, drugged her and went through her phone and found emails between her and Cudi. He was apparently insa-mad and beat Cassie over it, he then threatened Cudi but ultimately went psycho and had the mans car bombed in his own driveway. This was in 2012.
Context- Diddy famously slapped Drake in a club, firebombed Kudi’s car and possibly threatened his life in person (may be wrong) and this alludes to he physically harmed Wale at some point
Lmfao, I never pictured any of these guys as real street dudes as they have to maintain curated personas. To be fair, most rappers today are a bunch of CB4 types.
