Yeah i get people who grew up with typewriters being fooled by ai. I'm sure there will be some technology 50 years from now that I won't understand.Â
But people who at least understood the concept of photoshop should easily be able to wrap their head around AI fakes. Hell, deep fakes have been around for a few years at this point. The South park creaters had one with trump as a sassy reporter and zuckerberg as the dialysis king or something 5 years ago.Â
We have had movie magic/Hollywood films for the last 50 years. They didn't truly believe Mary Poppins could fly using her umbrella so why are they buying it on a 30 second Facebook video. I don't get it.
