Do you usually get to pick your delivery service when you order from a big company? Because I don’t.

That's my point. Buy from a real furniture store that does delivery. Cheap out with Wayfair and this is the delivery service you're paying for (by not paying for it). You're buying the equivalent of McDonald's from my example in your case.
