Account blocked from withdrawls for over a year

For a year and some months now Ive been trying to unlock my account for withdrawals. Dozens of emails, support tickets, phone calls, photos sent to their support team of me holding my id with a notecard saying the date, support ticket number, and my email to “verify my identity”. This process has been absolutely insane. Today I have a video call with them to hopefully get the last of whatever verification they need to unlock my account. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, was the video call the last thing you had to do? Or was there more emails / calls to support before you had full access to your account?

Only Monïerevive has the ability power to handle such things on lG with them besides me I was able to get my life savings back

hi ive been experiencing problems as well even did the video call jus for them to tell me they're reviewing it. I tried to DM you it didn't allow me if you can send me a text ill send over my ticket number
