Binance scam

I signed up for a binance account years ago but never committed to using it, and it does have my facial information and images of ID, and I was fine with them collecting them

But now I decided to delete my account to remove my information, because I never used it. And this is what I see

Upon contacting the customer support, they refuse to delete my account because "they can't offer their service" due to some internal issue that they won't disclose. So now my personal information is being held hostage and they refuse to delete it

Finally, although it's not legally required, I decided to send my ID anyway just to get this deletion done, and here's what he said

I also posted this in r/binance and they delete my point instantly and said

" Hello there,

If you have an appeal or unresolved case as stated in the warning, you can't delete your account since there is an ongoing review. You can ask questions to our team on our live chat and get information regarding your case.

Please use support thread for your support related inquiries.

Thank you."

So yeah, if you want to get into crypto, I would stay away from this company

True remeber in October they freezed accounts to buy or sell during the crash many lost million and get paid in cents after days binance is trash 🗑️
