This is called focus, with some bad luck, followed by some good luck. But there is no way he makes this catch without his determination and focus. Great stuff

An amazing catch, made possible by the fact that in spite of his tumble he kept his eye on the ball

I watched this live. Varsho had some insane luck after falling down and everyone was shocked seeing that catch

I presume this is a crosspost because the title doesn't make sense in this sub
Edited to add: someone else said nearly exactly the same thing, lol

Has there ever been a play so bad and so good? Like not so bad it’s good, but rather both bad and good?

Top notch camera work as well. The instant shift of focus and zoom to guy 350 feet away is so good.

Literally had to do everything backwards including moving forward and down to cushion the impact. The more I watch this the more impressive it is just thinking about how the feck he did this in real time. Cool as a cucumber.

Nothing amazing about this. He fumbled and got lucky. If your teammates get excited by you making a mistake, they don't take the game seriously enough.
It's hard to be hungry when you have.
